Rora Crèche and Homework Centre - Wolseley, South Africa

We were honoured to film/work on a project to shed some light on a project founded by the Rora Berries, Orchards and Pack House in Wolseley, South Africa.
Claire and Duncan Dicey have over the years dedicated time and resources into forming and developing this project in order to provide workers on their farms with a safe place for them to send their children during day where they can be looked after, learn , and have something to eat.
With the recent addition of the Homework Center, it allows the older kids a place to receive help with there homework as well as other curriculum help such as computer literacy and training.
They still have many things to add to the project as it continues to grow. With additional funding, future plans include onsite medical care as well as a mobile computer center to allow for computer literacy to be spread to other farms too.
We look forward to watching the project grow and evolve and has such a great time meeting the warm hearted kids, parents and teachers. Such a heartwarming social project.
