Today's recipe is Homemade Choco bar Ice cream - eggless, without cream and without ice cream maker. chocolate icecream recipe by tiffin box.
Ingredients:
Powdered milk - 1 cup
Water - 3/4 cup
Condensed milk - 1/3 cup
Cornflower - 2 tablespoons
Water - 2-3 tblsp
vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
Milk chocolate - 200 g
Roasted peanut - 1 tblsp

For those asking if its okay to use liquid milk,yes you can.
However,it will taste less sweet.
Powdered milk are usually a bit sweeter than the liquid.
If your stick didn't stay steady when you poked through the foil,its better to just measure and cut the insert point.
If your ice cream didn't set and turned sticky its either you placed a lot of starch or you boiled/simmered it for too long that it turned into a paste like texture.

Thanks for the recipe. Could you plz confirm the amount of corn flour. Because in the description box it’s written 2 tbs. But on the screen it showed 1 tbs.
Use 1tbsp cause too much cornflour is a risk for the taste, its only used to get the thick consistency.
