    Don’t buy worst product and worst customer service not ready to even come and check or give service and cancelling the service without even giving any details even after repeated request to do service

      True the crompton installation person doesn't know to install this model, I had to install myself watching videos and reading manual pathetic!

      mistakenly paired single remote to 2 fans. This is causing issues for us. there should be a way to reset or unpair it. no guides or manuals available. it's s blosom silent pro fan. now we cannot use these fans as 2 fans operating same time.
