mistakenly paired single remote to 2 fans. This is causing issues for us. there should be a way to reset or unpair it. no guides or manuals available. it's s blosom silent pro fan. now we cannot use these fans as 2 fans operating same time.

True the crompton installation person doesn't know to install this model, I had to install myself watching videos and reading manual pathetic!
