Hello Peter. I suppose the vacuuming did a good job but may have left some behind. I use a Swiffer Sweeper sometimes at my house, but I don't have concrete dust either. Tack cloth might do well, but I think that would mean sitting down on the concrete, but it does very good on wood. Next step coming up.............. Have good days!
The floors and pads outside came out great but I'm surprised you didn't put in underfloor heating while you had the chance? How are you going to heat the place when finished?
Thanks for watching! I looked into several heating options and settled on a ducted heat pump system. In floor heat was a strong contender; however, the project budget would not allow it.

Thanks buddy. I'll need to do a better clean once the trades are done on the inside. Then another clear coat on the concrete floor at the end!
