This is a special segment of Pathfinder that spotlights the individuals and companies of 16 Tech Innovation District in Indianapolis, IN. On this episode of Pathfinder we talk to Mr. Jeff Denune an American Board Certified and Licensed Prosthetist. He began working in the field of prosthetics in 1986. 2004 to 2018, He served as the Clinical Director for Willow Wood, an international manufacturer of prosthetic devices. As Clinical Director Mr. Denune was part of a team that was responsible for the design and development of cutting edge orthotic & prosthetic technology and research. His primary focus on outcomes based research has brought him to the forefront of the field. He's had opportunities to present around the world in the field of orthopedics. Mr. Denune is an owner of the NuTech Institute LLC located in Indianapolis Indiana. A privately owned Prosthetic and Orthotic Patient care facility focusing on amputee patient care, and unbiased outcomes for the users of prosthetic devices. The NuTech Institute is an important part of working closely with manufacturers and new Technology in the field of prosthetics. In 2020 Mr. Denune began working closely with the team at The Indiana Center for Regenerative Medicine and Engineering and in 2023 the University of Pittsburgh / McGowen Institute as the Clinical Director for Prosthetic Research.
