We all went here to fix our favorite clip and yeah.... I did broke mine as well and fixed it. My clip is very tiny so I'd used tweezer while watching this video and it worked now I'm happy 😃😃

thank you for the instructions....I finally managed to fix it! But.....it's not easy to insert the spring...looks easy in the video but it took a lot of persistence.....just so everyone knows....if it's easy to insert the spring it means you've inserted it the wrong way.

Some guy walked into class today with like 20 cheap butterfly hair clips and it was really funny. He gave most of them to the class, and I got a purple one, but I broke it. It’s so tiny that I had a difficult time putting it back together, and when I did, it would fall apart. I lost the spring while trying to make it stay put. I hope that I can find it so that no one gets hurt and I can glue it or something.
Although it didn’t stay put, I still liked the video. It would have probably worked if it was bigger and not so cheap. I’ve always wondered how to fix hair clips as a kid, and now I know lol. The video was very nice too- short, succinct, and straight to the point. It’s useful to know for the future, so thank you! :]

Just flip the spring, the open ends of spring should be downside, so it should be coming down to up. I hope it make sense.
