    I am so glad to come across this. A friend recently introduced me to your work... and recently visiting a cranial sacral therapist my attention was brought to my kidneys. Lots of different pointers as of late guiding me here. I could not sleep last night and let this video play and would drift off to it... And of course then I had a dream I was attending your class and we interacted. I am feeling very called to come study in Bali for one of your programs as I sure am born to walk the alchemical path this life. Thank you, for your teachings and transferring your knowledge. 🙏🕊️🧿

    Damo always comes through on point .
    Libra - Kidney - Venus.
    As we age our energetics fluctuate so slowing down is imperative, not stopping more of a pausing or yielding then movement again.
    also some of us may only hold small amounts of urine and that's ok. people tend get all tweeted out about others who might pee more often, don't worry folks it's only pee.
    we all do it.
    keep Kidneys warm and out of Damo. Damp is real bitch on the kidneys.
    peace be with you .....

    great lecture Damo.
    Interesting detail about how depleting kidney-yin can give rise to kidney-yang and sexual desire.
    Would the reverse be true such that if you never engaged in anything that would give rise to ejaculation the kidney-yang would lessen in the body?

      @@yert7658 well in Damo Mitchell he basically explains how the Microcosmic orbit can restore Yang jing which gives vitality and youthfull energy but not the Yin-jing which controls aging etc

      there is very simple and well known (at least among yogis) practice - brahmacharya or celibacy. The only problem is that its not easy to practice it.

  • @varadrajanmudliyar7258

    Great Explanation and Interpretation . I am from India. While Doing yogic practices ( kundalini which is superhuman indestructible superpower ) I was zapped by overt sexual desires ( all your previous lives passions come out with great aggression .Generally this must be done under strict masters guidance) .Due to this I have uncontrolled sexual events which has completey wiped out my jing essence and vitality . Now I have become pale , bald fatigued and have no power left for any spiritual practice . I know in very long run this happened for greater good but I have suffered terrible stomach pains ,embrassing moments in public etc.
    Though in last 30 years I have gained lots of knowledge about breath , qi or prana and have lots of insights ( which last for few minutes /hours).Unfortunately I was not able to do dedicated practice for higher spiritual path.
    While I know potential of human body and role of karma and many layers of this subject , I want to know whether full regain of vital substance (semen) , vitality , jing shen can be acquired again? . Since now I have learnt my lesson hardway and transcended passions into wisdom for greater goal ,I am again seeking full vitality to complete by life ( both practical as well as spiritual) . A vital high energetic body is basic foundation needing for any life activity.
    So guys I want to know from all you experienced teachers can I gain full power again ? I know it is so difficult and straight answer is not possible all I know whether such thing exists and what is the practice to replenish kidneys .
    Thank You.

      you were supposed to disperse those energies through various exercises. Anyone doing chi gong and yoga will get sexually charged because the exercises are to raise the kundalini / life force energy

    • @CJ-jp3zw
      @CJ-jp3zw Год назад

      there are chi gong exercises to cleanse the kidneys and re charge it. And you must cut down on foods like garlic and onion that makes one more aroused than not. That means less spicy foods or eat sparingly and your diet should be bland and simple. There is also the exercise microcosmic orbit, that you can practice to move the energy as your life force raises so you can replenish the brain and everything else. It is recommended one shouldn't try to do it without the supervision of a teacher but there are people who will still do it. Also, when you do these occcult exercises, you should not be doing it when you are in a depressed, negative state of mind or suffer from mental disorders, you will amplify it instead.

    • @CJ-jp3zw
      @CJ-jp3zw Год назад

      I don't know about restoring the energy of kidneys but if you observed the environment, everything around you is designed to deplete your adrenal glands via kidneys esp if you expose yourself to watching tv and what you'd allow yourself to see, you'll see it's designed to reduce you to the carnal mind. The phone is like a portal to many worlds, the question is where should you go and are you disciplined enough to push it away when temptation is around?
      There are chinese herbs powder that is for Jing that you can buy to restore energy, i know superfeast, an australian company is selling it. It works. It says three times a day, one or teaspoon is enough, as i find.
