If you put Nibbles in a display or haunt, with other characters, then I’m not sure people will hear his audio, which is probably what makes him creepy to most people. His look isn’t the scariest, that probably goes to Wanda or Dark Princess. But as a stand alone animatronic he’s kinda scary, just because of the voice.
