Hello, the monitor is unattachable from the case, and the back of it protrudes. Yes it is slightly bigger than an iPad mini, and it does not fit into a white coat pocket...
I think this probe is the best around for the cardiology, especially in terms of image quality, although the images shown in your video do not show such high quality. Do you think there are better probes for the lungs and abdomen? Thank you
Yeah I agree, IMHO the image quality being a hand-held device is astonishing. As said at the end of the video, I think they could include more IQ parameters such as a more-than-2-halfs-only TGC. Bear in mind the clips were acquired from real patients (each with different echo windows and obesity levels) in a real clinical environment, without that much time to optimize the image. I prefer to show real-life images rather than perfectly fine-tuned ones, because you can already find them on their website… And as far as I know, they don’t have a convex probe, they only have 3 probes in the market: Torso (ECG and stethoscope), Torso one (phased array) and Linear.
Mmm they're all quite new to have data regarding that... most of them appear quite durable if treated appropriately...🙄 sorry for being quite useless answering!
Mmm I haven't assessed that directly but I would estimate maybe 15ish% for a 10-15min study... probably less but color doppler drains the battery quicker :)
Thank you for the response. May i also ask if you have tried all the echo measurement package and auto calculations.,? If it's okay to ask the measurements and auto calc capabilities of it?
They now partnered with us2ai which is a software that reads echo studies with high accuracy and again imho among the most advanced softwares in the field :)
Is the size of the monitor bigger than ipad mini? Does it fit into standard white coat pocket without the case?

I would like to ask, which of the devices you were reviewing is good concerning durability?

Great!
🤩🙌🏻✨
May i ask how much battery life per patient can it cater for a full echo study?
Mmm I haven't assessed that directly but I would estimate maybe 15ish% for a 10-15min study... probably less but color doppler drains the battery quicker :)

They're really good!! Imho they were above my expectations for a small handheld device with such reduced price
