Painting A Leaping Lion

It was World Lion Day on the 10th August (so many animal days!), so today we're taking a look at this lion I created for an episode of Quackers. After finishing the comic I had an urge to take the original drawing - and amongst others - give it it's own fully rendered painting. This video takes us through the sketching, line art and painting process.
