1] Providing best skills to people according to age groups which we can compete with other countries in terms of more skills workers.

5] In Schools, the co-corricular activities period should take seriously.

What is more bizarre is that per capita income of India 1(currently 12 cr people) is 15k$ which is similar to developed countries . India 3 has living standard closer to sub saharan africa(per capita income of 1K$) . Our so -called economic growth is just shifting people India 3 to India 2(10 cr people with 3k$ per capita income ) . If this continues then we will get stuck in middle income trap like Brazil ,Mexico , South africa etc . Crime rate will skyrocket and can break down the social fabric .

As an Indian Bengali I have a clearer picture about Bangladeshi economy. In Bangladesh the participation of women in workforce is much better than India. In a lower middle class family of three, the son goes to Dubai for a job, the mother works in a garment factory and the father drives a bus or a cab. The overall family income will be more than 1 lakh Indian rupees. However in India we waste a lot of time preparing for government jobs. Fake hopes and unnecessary focus on education especially on useless degrees have to stop.

The best support that the government can give is to give more emphasis to medium-sized entrepreneurship in areas where India is not a world leader. We have a lot of small businesses and also larger corporations in India, but when we have a robust medium size business ecosystem it would help many educated, middle class and upper-middle-class working professionals in creating good companies with an employee size of 100-300. This would generate employment, employees would pay taxes, and entrepreneurs would pay taxes all this combined would bring a robust economic system in India. The salaried class should slowly become entrepreneurs and hence contribute to the nation not just for business sense, but being social entrepreneurs as well who work towards building a better India

PPP only accounts for things that can be purchased inside that country while food will be cheaper in India but we have to import oil and electronic products and many other raw materials and finished goods so PPP of India is pretty useless
