Honestly the 1j with a cleaned up tune would sound really good I’m have to give it to the 2j this time. And tbh honestly in my opinion the vvti 1j is the best sounding jz, the 2j is too gurgley and deep for me and the non vvti 1j is a literal fucking tractor motor 💀🤘🏼 I have a jzx90 so I can talk smack on the non vvti 1j if I want lmao

True, I still regret passing on a complete 2jzgte vvti for $800 5 years ago. All it had wrong was a broken PS bracket on the block that broke during shipping.
@@Alextheskater91 actually it depends, vvti ge is the one with weaker rod and would recommend swapping it out, non vvti ge on the other hand has the same exact rod as the gte just with a higher compression piston.

It is illegal as all fuck by like 5x... I'm not scared to drive it. I'm hesitant to put it on the street where the second I get pulled over, car is impounded. lol

That's just a raw steel pipe and an untuned 1jz single turbo. the sound is awesome
