Grew up in the 70s in Quebec. Been a long time since I’ve been this pumped to watch my Habs
The future looks bright! Hopefully everything falls in place properly
I grew up in the 70's also, not in Montreal, but in Nova Scotia, as a HUGE Habs fan, so was my Dad, and his Dad, and even his Dad! Also, my son, who is 25 years old, he's a die-hard Habs fan also! I haven't been this excited, maybe ever to watch the team play! I did live in Montreal for a few years tho, and i still catch games every year. After so many years of building from the net out, and defense first, it's nice to FINALLY see the team starting to focus on getting some offense, I was a little upset with the Reinbacher pick, i thought we needed offense more, especially more then a defensive defenseman, but he's here now, so hopefully he works out, it would be nice to be starting this year with Ryan Leonard, or even better Matvei Michkov, but again, we have reinbacher, in laval... Maybe i am totally wrong, and he works out, i hope so. Anyway, my point is, im more excited then i think ive ever been about our team, except all the 70's, we were pretty much untouchable! That's what i want to go back to, it's been far too long that our proud franchise has been drug thru the mud, it's time to bring Lord Stanley back home. Go Habs Go!!!

@@h0ckey It was not a real season... During Covid, i'm sorry but Montreal didn't deserved it at all. Should not happen during a normal season. They was not suppose to do the playoff...

@@elvisisalive2716 As a team, the habs will probably improve on a points perspective in the standings. We should see some nice development from the yougins. However, I agree that this year will probably be the "last" year of the rebuild and next year is probably the begining of the competing window!
@@h0ckey The goaltending is SUS and other than Guhle/Arbs nobody can stop the other team from entering the zone on a regular basis. Savard is cooked, MM plays one way, Barron is weak, Struble and Hutson unproven. Not sure if Reinbacher or Logan make the team either, but there will be growing pains
