The sound of his voice is similar to Harisu's, who's a famous Korean singer with the same feminine tone (she's transgender).

It's not just that his voice is high - the quality of his voice when he's singing in the higher end of his range sounds like a woman's (the more "male" quality comes out way more when he's singing in the lower end of his range).
