Great captures there! Much better than the thundery rain mess we copped in western sydney. Hope better opportunities December, hasn't exactly the best season, last season felt better honestly.
Yea western Sydney didn't get the greatest stuff day, the one storm near Wisemans ferry that day had some amazing structure though. Hoping for more stuff within Sydney itself in the future🤞.
Thank you! Yeah, I'm not annoyed at missing the coastal activity. I definitely think this is one of the poorest seasons we've had in the last 20 years or so, mostly weak activity with barely any supercells of note and next to no large hail events. Of course, Spring 2019 was worse with the westerly winds and fires going ballistic but I can't think of many other springs that have produced so little in the way of higher end severe storms.
@@michaelkeene3051hopefully positive SAM helps some supercells and storms form, really missing the strong storms right now. Seems pretty nice next season though, mostly neutral for most things and will be not too moist, not too dry
@michaelkeene3051 Your welcome. I saw a pic today of the biggest lightning bolt I've ever seen, it was in Mullumbimby, but i can't send this stuff to you on you tube.
You did alright considering storms were west of the line roughly Dubbo - Griffith where road options are much more limited. Hopefully next time they’re coming your way!
Thanks mate, I don't think we missed much on the coast, so it was probably the right call to head west. Would love a real storm though, and this week doesn't look like producing it, but i'll try nevertheless!
Nice good job👍. Looks like the west side had the fun
