I’ve never been to New San Juan! I would love to do this tour when I go back

Unless you just need a tour guide to explain the history, I would recommend just exploring New San Juan yourself or maybe finding a “local” to provide a tour. For what I received, it wasn’t worth any more than $40.
Nevertheless, each area is beautiful in its own way. Although, if you are visiting PR for a cruise purpose, stay in Old San Juan. You will be closer to the port (and to me) more interesting sites to see.
