Good vid. Office setup related - My daughter taught me that if you shake the mouse on a Mac the curser gets larger. I usually just keep pushing it to the upper left corner, but this does help. I know there are many ways to slay the mouse pointer problem on desktop also, but the Mac one was new to me.

Loved the episode ! Very inspiring for me since i ll have to adapt my work environment more and more. Really liked your working station. Will probably have to make a lot of these adjustments in my classroom in the coming years. Thanks for the tips !

Ok, we challenge you to take control and make at least 2 small changes in the next 7 days? Can be anything something tiny just something that is a step in the right direction.
I pull the shades down at work too. The sun triggers my migraines along with making it hard to see. The windows are behind me. One of The of the ladies that has office past my cubicle complains about them being down and it being dark and raises it. She raises it then goes in her office and shuts the door. As soon as no one is paying attention I go shut lower it. No one knows it’s me. I have real reasons to lower the one that reflect off my computer and blinds me if someone is at my desk trying to talk to me
Ha ha ha I FEEL your pain lol I have this issue daily in the office, we “hot desk” too as it’s a large open plan space which means I have to explain the entire thing to somebody new everyday. I have a few advocates now tho that love to tell people off and close it for me ha ha not a problem right now as I’m working from home everyday.
Love the way folks from different areas of the world talk. Love it more how you made fun of our sidewalk terminology lol although pavement does seem more logical to say.
