Nice to mention the interior switch function which locks out the exterior switch the amount of times people think the tailift is broken because they jumped off the platform to use the exterior switches which obvs wont work
Building and repairing rental vehicles for the past 11 years its clear the the operator is usually NOT qualified to use a tailift or even drive the vehicle the stuff we see turn up for repair is amazing for eg overloading tailift, broken floor boards from overloaded pallet trucks puncturing the floor, forklifts been driven onto the vehicle wreaking havoc on the supporting structure
