My doctor told me not to do keto because I have fatty liver disease. I was tested and dont have fatty liver disease. I have stage 3 fibrosis scarring of the liver.
Dr I am having pain in my hips and in the legs and knee . I was told it’s bursitis it’s very painful swelling in the legs . Can you tell how to over come my pain

Charmaine is not intermittent fasting by eating Breakfast & Lunch. You need about 17 hours of fasting to call it “Intermittent Fasting”. Just have bulletproof coffee or green tea in the morning or better yet at lunchtime, then just eat an early dinner.
Dr Berg I am doing healthy keto and IF, 2 meals a day. I use electrolyte products (powder and liquid) and still have legs cramps at night. Also take potassium, magnesium and B1 at night off and on. I have started a job where I am sitting from 6-10 hours -3 days in a row. Could my sitting be the reason for these cramps or is it the IF and keto
Hello De Berg My daughter has been doing a low carb diet for almost 3 months now. I am sure she cheats sometimes. She is 15, for over a year her cycle has been horrendous since we started low carb intake she has went from 8 hrs of cramping, vomiting, hot flashes, leg and back pain to 1 hour in October and threw up only once no leg pain or hot flashes. She actually skipped a whole month of September. November cycle she had cramping and acid reflux after she had a bowel movement. What can she do to get to the point of no symptoms??????She said what she threw up was yellow during both months and she only has pain the day of the cycle.

I do this every day and last month or so I have my last meal of the week on Friday afternoon and the next meal on Sunday afternoon after church. I don’t know other than the scale and tape measure how to check for results. Is there a list of blood or other tests that I can take to get levels so I have something to compare with as I progress on this course? I am working on getting healthier and weight loss.
I'm the one who asked you about zinc on live show) because I have deficiency of zinc and gut inflammation(I think in my colon)like so much abdominal pain sometimes(in that case I would have to vomit on purpose to get rid of pain), bloating,low stomach acids(I take apple cider everyday before meals),growling and I had Intestinal obstruction when I a was 13 years old(now I'm twenty ) and I recovered without surgery) so ho much should I take zinc in this case . I had insulin resistance and went on Keto it took me 36 days to really feel comfortable and I took extra sea salt as Dr Berg has mentioned to combat Keto fatigue, it takes time to get blood sugar under control. When I get a strong sugar craving I eat half cup of raw walnuts which is only 5 carbs and knocks out the cravings. Today is my 50th day on Keto so I’m not getting sugar cravings anymore hope that helps
