the place where karl hid was not the right spot, but you can hide behind the closet near the door. be careful with your positioning on that one though. also, you can hide in the skeleton room. just stick to left corner near the door. this spot works with both rush and ambush, i tested it once with ambush, and multiple times with rush.
I have a really good tip for hiding! There’s a bug where if there’s gold in a drawer you can hide *inside* the drawer. If the gold is on the bottom you’ll need to crouch though, but you can even do this in the long drawers
