Well guys, here's a new song for you! This time with an AMAZING backtrack by UndreamedPanic and lyrics and vocals by yours truly (with an interlude written and sung by UndreamedPanic).
This song concerns our connection to art and unattainable perfection. Sometimes, our visions for an idea we love, a possibility that we desire, impossible to experience and constantly toying with our heart. We love these ideas so much, we wish they were a reality, but they will always remain just beyond our reach. In this case, represented by Vinyl Scratch and Octavia.

I really love the buildup and climax at 1:20 . I can't stop relistening to it in awe.

I really do like the theme you've got going with this one (I always love light, toned percussion), the contrast in certain sections and whatnot really add to it.

for me, I interpret the song in a way that's more meaningful to me. Since my mother died, I interpret the lyrics as her being gone yet still there for me, despite what your description says the meaning is.
This is definitely exotic! Well said in the description! Just as certain things circle our mind, this one is certainly one of them! Daunting but ticklish at the same time with the music box. :o And I could feel the frustrations in the voice alone. This certainly is *Mystical* ;P

my headphones are making the bass in this so much higher than it really is,and the voice is glitchy, distant, and terror inducing, every beat and melody is made into nightmare fuel. Its really cool, but without the headphones, as the song should actually be, it is a really good song.

The mastering on this song somehow screwed up? At least it sounds like this on my headset and it's a very good one o-O Never had any problem with other songs and yes I know how to set it up right to sound awesome :v
The song sounds fine on my setup. Sennheiser eh 250 headphones and an Audigy 2 ZS sound card. Playing through Winamp with VST Host DSP and iZotope Ozone 5. The bass sure packs a punch after the deceptive lullaby. o.O
