Huge beautiful homes in those areas or acreage to build a great custom home. I’ve been trading the ICT strategy you show for about 4 months. Good evening Pat! The ict silver bullet luxalgo strategy is crazy when backtesting. But when comes to live , the fvg zone will be drawn out when appears(candle done closing) but sometime when it hits the fvg and unfortunately go to the opposite side, the fvg drawn out zone will disappear! Guess thats why when backtesting the win rate is so crazy.. cause it will only remain the valid fvg, all the fvg that is not valid will be automatically removed…
That's why you shd wait for the fvg zone to be formed and retested before entering the trade. Don't just place trade when you see a fvg zone. Wait for the fvg zone to be retested.
There's nothing like owning your dream home. Personally, I don't mind having to wait a few months to build one to my satisfaction but that's just based on personal opinion. I think the mansion is really dope. But I think if he wants something fully made and custom to his taste, building his own will be nicer even though it's going to take a bit of time. I mean I would too

I believe it's the best option if you're willing to endure a bit of stress. It aligns perfectly with your taste. It might even end up being cheaper. Buy a larger plot of land, so you can later subdivide it, thus increasing the value of the adjacent land over time. It's worth building from scratch, but it will require time. In the long term, it's worth it. The materials market will become more expensive. Consider that all of Ukraine will need to rebuild. This might affect construction material prices, even in the USA

Thanks again as usual for the great content. And a quick Q on that front, is this strategy applicable to forex pairs too? I know ICT mainly teaches futures trading and the volatility is much lower on forex pairs to expect such moves. I will have to test it and see how it works. Regarding the house, it is up to your taste eventually. I also have a dream of building my own off-grid and self-sufficient home with a sauna on the side, certainly, no mansion will have everything I want. I would also employ a gardener to teach me how to grow my own food with all the accompanying experience and insight into the local climate. Having these skills will be very useful in the near future.
