Do them all. Miguel has a one hitter in tt2 and it blew my mine when I did it on accident.
But it's practically useless cause it takes too long and you can hit lows on him while he's stuck in the animation. There are other characters with one hitter too like Kuma/Panda, Jack, Yoshi

I would say that Sonic Fang has more utility than Crescent. Mainly because they nerfed Crescent's homing.

So the input would be joystick down -> right, the joystick would make a quarter circle shape as a result

It needs to be a counter hit to make the enemy fall
