The whole musician on stage is MVP. Not just Takanashi only, the violinist, the chorus singer, drummer, guitarist, bassist etc is the one made Fairy Tail epic.
I absolutely love the main theme, when I listen to it, it sounds like I'm hearing a bagpipe screaming throughout the entire song, plus it has that Celtic punk rock style of music, it sounds so good.
Honestly I don't know what it is about the Fairy Tail music but it has that effect on a LOT of people, some of the most emotion filled anime music ever written for sure
