My oldest is as happy playing with Duplo trains as monorail (not quite true as he prefers watching the monorail trains derail each other, but not by much). We have the last set of Duplo trains and tracks, but you’ve convinced me to get at least a subset of these for my youngest…
Duplo push to go trains are excellent. Best played without the app and just with the coloured functional pieces. Though it's worrying that the "old" red and orange train were marked "expired" in that app!
Duplo trains have to be the most criminally overlooked LEGO product. Not a fan of further pushing children onto tablets for cost cutting, but otherwise another win.
