The Kota motors are great. I'm glad that weedless wedge has worked out so well. Looked like a great summer day to be catching fish! PB&J makes a successful appearance. Today (Saturday 6th) I had one of my sons, my daughter, her hubby and my wife out on the boat. Together we caught 6 trout. Had a blast. Thanks for sharing........ Fish on!!!
I actually prefer the weeds but you are correct, I have to be careful around the laydowns out there but seem to be getting them on the ledges this Summer. Thanks for watching and for the comment. Have a great season, hope you stop by again. Fish on!
Love your videos great content, I’m thinking buying one of the pelicans to take my father out fishing I’m a bigger guy and he is as well our total weight together would total 450 but I plan on traveling light on gear, do you think the bass raider would be a good option for us
Thanks very much for watching. Yes, I love my Pelican and I'm a bigger guy. I often take my 6.3 200 lb son on my Pelican with all the gear and sometimes even a small cooler, utility table in middle. We have had more than 450 on that Pelican for close to ten years now without issue. I did get a lithium battery to help with weight but never an issue. Obviously I wouldn't recommend overloading any boat but to answer your question, I would say you will not have issues. Thanks again for watching and best of luck. If you have any questions, I'm happy to answer best I can. Fish on!
