- One of the best ways to learn English is to watch English language television shows. In this English lesson I will suggest 5 different shows for you to watch that will help you learn conversational English, English vocabulary, and to practice your English comprehension of authentic conversations.
⌛ Remember: Always watch the video three times. Twice today with English subtitles on, and once tomorrow with the English subtitles off. This will reinforce the English you have learned!

Hi Bob, good morning. This is Luis from São Paulo Brazil. The brazilians has more facility to learn English duo the great amount of TV series, movies, shows, cartoons, music, sports from USA or Canada that come here since the television's start in our country. In my case I love sports, so I watch CBC Hockey Night in Canada, 7 live games from NFL per week, baseball, NBA, those this sports in English (we have this option by SAP here). Many shops and commerces here has English name in front, for example: Positive Hair, Car Wash, Fashion Clothes, Car Repair, Rent a Car, 30% off, Sale, etc. The Brazilians in general are pretty receptive to the English language.

Never heard such interesting tips before. Never thought an English teacher would ever suggest a reality show to learn English. I guess the explanation why someone ahould watch it is what matters. I loved them. I only missed Dancing With The Stars, lol. I improved my English skills a lot after fallowing DWTS for over 5 years, besides learning loads of vocabulary on dacing.
