It is simply called Parkour and it is amazing for running any type of Parkour map on your Minecraft server. For this tutorial to work, you'll need a Minecraft server that runs on PaperMC or SpigotMC.

This is a NEW Minecraft 1.18 plugin tutorial. It works for all Minecraft Survival and SMP Servers. In todays video I'm going to show you how to install and setup the BEST Parkour plugin out there. It is called Parkour and it is the best Parkour managing plugin for your own Minecraft Server. You will be able to set Start and Finish blocks, add Checkpoints, set Rewards and even add block with Cool and Unique effects to your Parkour maps. It's very cool, fun, awesome and poggers! This plugins make your server insane and amazing! I had lots of laughs and fun. Hopefully you'll get some useful information from this video. I love Minecraft fun!

yep, just do /pa create autostart *course name* u can change the block under the pressure plate in the config
