Salam musa bhai hope you are doing well,So my situtation was quite similar with that 22 year old boy's case as i have gone through exact same or most similar case as well or jese apne solution bataya k bulldozer rkh kr decision making krni prrti h did that as well for good and for future bcz ghr walon ko b kaafi tng krdia ha ussny as i told my mother about her she ked me down in dark way in front of my parents to mujhy back off hona prra for there sake but now Alhamdulillah on a road to heal and bechlor almost ending ki taraf h so bhtri aii to h pr uss k sth sth my anger got worst sometimes due to idk feel ese hota jese ambush horha h bht hiii zada inside my head,if u see my cmnt to please do let me know about the situation of how to calm myself and regain control on my emotion as well as anger specifically.
