Hi Keaton! Found this video a year later but man! I wanted to write a comment saying how EVERGREEN this video is. I found your channel and videos 2 months back and have been learning so much! I've been growing my business and thank you so much for being the catalyst for it. Can't wait to join your coaching program soon once I have the funding!
this video is awesome. You explained everything so easily and talked about things I haven't heard from the 30+ videos ive watched. This was the exact video I needed to get started confidently. Thank you so so so so much ;---;
Can you elaborate a bit on how you would differentiate base marketing and aggressive marketing in terms of what to present to the potential customer about what they can expect us to do? :)
hey keaton! great content, just wanted to ask you if you could explain how someone can find out the revenue of the clients? to determine how much we can/cant charge them?
Hey Kreaton if got this right you suggest at 19:47 that you charge 1-1.5k/month that includes both ad spending for the client and your fee. However at 26:14 you mention that you can charge somebody 1.5k and outsource to contractor for 500/month (this is minimum in my opinion). So let's say you split 1500/month half for the agency and fee half for ad spend just like the example you gave with your client at 19:56. That would leave you with 750/month. If you were to outsource for 500/month cost the agency profit margin goes down to 250/mouth per client which is extremely thin and likely even lower than selling just the GHL. Then again running all the ads yourself without out sourcing on top of everything else like outreach etc seems impossible after 3-4 clients. In these perspective only the first and the last pricing option could make sense. I would love to hear your thoughts, thank you so much for all the valuable info!
1.5k incl ad spend is for first few clients while you’re learning. It’s worth getting case studies for small profit margins or doing all the work yourself. as you get more established and have results you charge more and increase ad spend. I charge $2k/mo + $1k ad spend
Thanks for this amazing video Keaton. I just have one question. How do you gather information on how much the companies make and how do you calculate the total addressable market? Thanks in advance!
For TAM just google “number of ____ in USA” and get a few statistics. For how much they make you have to talk to people in the niche, internet will not have accurate data
Thanks for the video! It was really helpful! I have one question though and that is if I wish to hire a freelancer from fiver ( for example) to do fb ads, seo, etc, should I tell them that I have agency first or should I just buy their package and just tell them about my client's company?
I wouldn’t recommend getting them from Fiverr (Upwork would be better). Yes I would tell them it’s an agency so you can continue to work with them with more than 1 client
Chicken and egg question here. How do you get started running ads for a niche when you haven’t yet run ads in that exact niche before. I’ve run ads in another niches (affiliate). I’d like to run Facebook ads for high end restaurants. But it’s not like I can go into the niche and say “hey look at the results that I got before”. Have them only pay ad spend and I don’t profit to get case study, or how would I set up an attractive enough pricing model to get going here. Thanks so much 🙏
Hey Keaton, I had a question about how to price your services. I am doing FB ads + GHL and the sms automations, but what is the difference between basic and aggressive FB ads?
Banger of a video! 🔥 Could you point me to the "niche lists" that you mention around 28:58? Can't seem to find the link to it in the video description. Appreciate you Keaton, cheers!
Hey keaton absolutely love the content.. I have a quick questions. I’m looking to offer google ads as my base services with go high level as my crm/Follow up type of system for my niche.. Would you say a pay per appointment would work with this model potentially?
@@ItsKeaton Thanks you so much for the reply bro.. That question has been on my mind for a while me fairly new to the agency space. I think i will stick to the retainer model for now and prolly adjust the budget accordingly
@ItsKeaton Thanks for dropping another bomb! I've been doing and getting a very good positive response via whatsapp outreach but closing them via chat is super hard and I always end up losing them, I've lost more around 15 deals in the past 3 months...... As my niche is Real estate, I'm gonna try cold calling from tomorrow, and see how that goes.... QUICK QUESTION : should I always ask for a meeting whether the lead is from whatsapp or cold call? (closing over a chat is hard) Should I try cold calling, as real estate agents are always ready to pick up the phone?
Hi Keaton, I am looking into opening an SMMA but not sure where to start from. How does your course works? Is it just video that you share or you do 1-2-1 training. Sorry I am completely new to Affiliated marketing. I hope you will reply back to me. Thank you in advance!!
Thank you for the video! Just one question. I want to start working with roofing companies but how do I tell if the business is making enough money to afford my services or not? I want to reach out to companies that are making over 1m a year in revenue but how do I tell that just by looking at the website? Thanks!
When you're doing outreach you can't really tell. This is more for when you build a brand and have people coming to you, you can qualify them based on this. In your case, just check for good google reviews and a website that looks decent - those are pretty decent signs they will do well with online ads!
@@ItsKeaton thanks for the reply! Lastly what would you say is a good meeting set rate? For example if you reach out to 100 companies a day, how many of them set meeting with you? I know this is a broad question but I would love to get an estimate. Thanks again!
great value bro, but what if i choose fb ads for e-commerce, then i need to niche down even more (i guess) , and at that point, how do i actually find those people in fb groups? :D Or am I overcomplicating?
Hi, I want to open an agency and I am 16 years old, I want to ask you if I can sign the first client without an LLC? Because I don't have a source of income, I will start from 0, and I am from Romania and it is quite expensive for me to make an SRL (LLC). I know it's not the best thing to do because I don't have a source of income, but I want to be able to achieve financial freedom as soon as possible.
Quite a long question but I needed an answer for so long... How exactly does an SMMA make money? Client is paying you like $3k monthly, alright? You spend all his money on ads and make back around $5k... so... you get like a 10% fee of the profit, and make $500 for the month? Is this how it really works? People say, I GOT THIS CLIENT FOR $4K! but do they REALLY get $4k per month in revenue? Can you reveal the truth or the best strategy to become profitable in this? Because that sucks to be honest. So those YT videos that say they make $10k per month are actually making probably $4k in rev? Thanks
So you also charge a client something called a retainer which would be anywhere between 1.5-2.5k a month. At least that's how we used to do at a SMMA I used to work at.
You mentioned one reason why real estate might not be an ideal niche. I am paraphrasing you, "while there are a lot of agents, some of them only do this practice as a hobby/side hustle." That's a good point! Here is another reason to consider staying away from real estate: while FB ads could probably work decently for real estate agents, yet from a local business perspective - setting up a website, seo, leveraging paid campaigns - it is not ideal. Also, Zillow controls much of the paid search side of the equation. Additionally, agents do not get paid right away, which means they might be more reluctant and uncomfortable paying you right away. Regarding SEO, because it is a long term play, I imagine a real estate agent may not want that service. There are many agents that do not have the propensity to advertise 2000-5000 a month either. Last but not least, not including rural real estate, most everything else is a giant bubble of Biblical proportion, so I would rather just stay away from an industry that has such poor underlying fundamentals. I have a question Keaton. I completely understand the wisdom of simplicity scales and fancy fails. Nevertheless, with a super sticky system like a websites/SEO strategy coupled with Highlevel CRM, why not leverage a paid ad campaigns on top of this? From someone like yourself whose entire business it built around a paid advertisement campaign offer, how hard and time consuming is it to run FB ads?
The point is to focus on one thing at a time. Get good at websites and then someday you can start running ads as well. Fb can be very complicated or very simple so idk how to answer your question
You have to give me your email🙈 that’s the catch. And you can buy other stuff from me, but ideally you will have closed your first client from the free stuff
I want to start doing fb ads but you face a lot of proplems and isues on how i see what do you think? What about instgram is it good if i got good in it or tiktok ads? Thanks

Something with a $50-$100 initial consult prepaid and opportunity for an upsell later
