16th steeet is the street. Not 60th. Also the main area of the Malecon where people hangout is about a mile and a half from you.
Sunday is the packed day and when cruise ships are there. 6pm and later is a good time on the Malecon most days, but Sunday is it. Im here now.
Latin Disco in Puerto Plata at midnight. Earlier to get a table. It has the same owner as the Playa Chiquita Casino Disco in Sosua. Many english speakers at Central Park( Independence)
A few bros have restaurants here too.

I go there when I run out otherwise I got a delivery guy in Santiago welhen I go visit friends and go out to eat at Four Square in La Loteria next to Villa Olympica, if you know Santiago like that….
