Xavier Starkes talks Citadel Basketball, impact of The Citadel

The Citadel Basketball is preparing to open the season against N.C. State. Former Bulldogs hoopster Xavier Starkes ('84) discusses his experience as a cadet and player for Les Robinson in the early '80s. The Columbia, South Carolina, native returned to his hometown to attend law school at the University of South Carolina - and to launch his legal career in South Carolina's Capital City.
