A trip on the Oil Creek & Titusville in 4K

  • Bought a new camera, took it on vacation and decided to test run it on the Oil Creek & Titusville near the cabin. While I'm still fine tuning my settings and getting used to a camcorder, I'm extremely pleased with the results.

    This really brings back some great memories. I remember being on this train back in 1992 or 1993.

    Beautiful line. I rode it with my family & it was very relaxing.
    Beautiful scenery. You feel like you're 100 miles from anywhere when you're out in the woods

    I'm surprised the open air car is empty in that first shot! Either that's the yard or it must have been a hot day, everyone chose the air conditioned coaches...

      They don’t open it up until Drake Well. They want everyone in a seat for departure

      You can find the ticket prices on the railroad’s website and Facebook. I have a cabin the area but you can look up hotels in the Titusville/Oil City region.
