A lovely presentation! I have never seen anyone make the caksicles with the dipping method. I will have to try that as I usually coat the mould with the melted chocolate, then add the cake, then top with more chocolate, etc. Your way looks great!
How did your paper straws hold up that they bend? Also I've read that if you put your cake pops in the freezer and then dip the coating cracks is that true?
Miss Shanna, does adding Crisco keep your chocolate from blooming? I didn't see, or hear you say, you temper, so I'm really, really interested if there is a non-blooming chocolate hack. Thank you for the great video!
And the about the crisco part, that just thins the chocolate out so it's smoother and easier to work with. You can also thin it by using paramount crystals, or coconut oil!
@@slbanks190 thank you, I wasn’t being disrespectful that’s why I had the laughing faces….. btw that peach cobbler cake is always a hit with my family and friend…
Can you share a link for the heart mold i went into your description but it was just the cakesicle mold please and thank you

That's how I did it at first, and it was alot more time consuming! Alot easier to just dip!
@@slbanks190 I agree! I will have to try it this week!
Welcome back ☺️ glad to see you sis. Awesome treat yummy. I gotta try doing this.

Love your videos!! Very informative but can I use any type of container to warm up the melts in the microwave?

I typically use candy melts and with those, I don't have to temper at all!
