@@User1234_drhvanelove the most effective method I’ve used so far is meditations while sleeping. It helps for me cos I have an overactive mind so listening to these while I sleep lets my subconscious focus more. I highly suggest trying that cos it’s also very relaxing and you wake up in such a good mood🙏🙂
@@User1234_drhvanelovethe thing that may be holding you back is you’re constantly looking to see if it’s changed. I notice he unblocked me when I wasn’t trying to look. It comes when you’re not focused on it. Try and let it come to you rather than waiting for it🫶
