- I ride a 2020 Harley Davidson Sportster 48 with a TBR 2 Into 1 Exhaust Generation 1. The air intake is an Arlen Ness Monster Sucker.
I hope you enjoy the pure engine sound that comes from the Sportster Forty-Eight. For me, I like to relive my rides from time to time. This is a POV motorcycle ride, nothing more, nothing less.
This is one my one year Bikeversary Ride. I've had the 48 for one year now. On this ride, I loop around behind Gates Pass back to my starting point.
Enjoy the ride!✌️
I used to sleep at night listening to the sound
I do the same to motorcycle sound videos. 👊
me too
It's a great channel. A perfect motorcycle, a wonderful exhaust sound and roads that are so enjoyable to watch. I also have nothing to say about the length of the videos. I am so lucky to have discovered this channel randomly. It is a pleasure to watch the motorcycle that I will buy in the future. Please don't stop making videos. I have a small criticism. I think it would be much better if you record 60fps video. There is a strangeness in the image fluency in the video. Or it seems to me.
Thank you and I’m glad you are enjoying the rides. I may try the 60fps, but I’m not a fan of that look. It looks very soap opera like and I’ve never taken to it. Within the next couple of videos I will give it a go. The night ride I have on my channel is 60fps. Hoping you a 48 in the future!
@@WatermelonMotoHead Thanks for your best wishes. I'm looking forward to your new videos. Have a good ride.

Love the motion blur and the exhaust sounds. Great stuff!
Thanks! 👍
That sweet roaring engine helped me to sleep. Finally I can sleep at nights ❤️
I use it like that at times myself. 👍😴
😂
This makes my day. I can imagine the pure satisfaction to ride this road. I bought a HD too, to enjoy it like this..but tight roads with big traffic here in EU just make me pissed off😢
Ahh man that can be a bummer no doubt. We do have some fairly open roads around here.
Nice! Brazil. cinematography in 24fps! Good Job!
You encouraged me to start my first Vlog, Thank you bro and keep it up.
Cool man, good luck! 👍
I like your video bud. I just bought a HD 48 Already on stage 1. I haven't got any video so while offshore I'm looking on your video so not to miss my HD 48.Chill ride.
Awesome man it's a great bike to own! You'll be on it soon enough, enjoy. 👊
I'm a trucker just got a nice one and all I'm going to think about on the road is riding.
nice vid. like the exhaust note and the harley always looks cool. you are lucky in that you can ride almost all year in that area. keep safe and have fun.
Thanks man and you are right about riding all year here. It’s November and the highs around 80 degrees. 👍
Can't wait to see more videos of your rides!
Hopefully I will have my bike back in the next few days. Can you believe it’s been in the shop since November waiting on a part. 🤯
@@WatermelonMotoHead That's crazy. Hope you got it back now
@@sarahandty6009 Yes, after like almost 6 months! Lol oh yeah that was just nuts. 🤪
@@WatermelonMotoHead That's crazy. Enjoy it now!
Love the motion blur and vibe of the video! 🤘
Thanks man 👊
love the cinematic style of your videos! are you going to upload more of them?
getting closer to, thanks
Wow Very impressive Brother keep on Rolling...😍👍🏻
Thanks man 🙏👊
I discovered your videos now and since i got my 1st bike on 2021, i knew i wanted a harley, took an eye on the 48 because well, you know how it looks.... it's a shame they discontinued the Evo engine because prices on 2nd hand 48's are going up in price like hell.... keep up with your videos they are amazing
Congrats man on your first bike. Yeah it is a shame, something about the Evo engine and of course we knew them prices would rise after. Thanks for the compliment! 🙏
Hey brother that 48 sounds like my 2015 that I traded in for a 2020 RKS. I miss it everyday for the HARLEY sound… Great views of the Gates Pass road!!!
Awesomeness on the sound and videos but mostly sound hahah that’s why we ride Harleys!! Take care
I have another bike too, but the Harley sound and feel is it’s own thing. My bike has been in the shop waiting for a part and it is missed!
@@WatermelonMotoHead trust me I know the feeling I have a BMW GS and it’s about to get to the shop for service so yeah haha. Where you ride is my favorite place to ride for a short ride from Oro Valley!!! Great views relaxed ride !!
@@MRGS48 oh that’s a nice little local getaway ride from Oro Valley.
@@WatermelonMotoHead after seeing one of your videos I took a ride to the Sentinel Peak yesterday! What a fricking awesome place to go to!! I rode my GS cause the roadway is kinda fd up for my Harley😂😂😂 still beautiful views!!
@@MRGS48 yeah you know it isn’t bad up there at all, but yeah the roads are not good at all for the Harley. Any good rides/roads near you? I know Tucson isn’t that big, but maybe there’s a route out there near you I might check out.
かっこいいバイクに、そして日本には無いステキな道だ♪
羨ましい。
ありがとうございますが、私自身も日本に乗りたいです
it's so relaxing
It seems incredible that he was on a motorcycle for so long and has not loaded fuel considering the small tank of the 48
Haha 👍
44 minutes that about 60 miles, probably he could double it
Absolutely perfect.
🙏
The views are amazing where it is located
This is Tucson, Arizona.
toda vez que vejo uma moto vem na minha cabeça altomaticamente "quando estiver triste jogue a primeira pra baixo..."
That sound of gear shifting 😌
I love it too man! 👊
From 14:00 to 30:30 the best ride ever! Thanks ;)
Nice sound👌🏼
I agree 👍
Pure bliss
Agree
I recently sold my 1200 sporty and bought a tuono v4 Factory. Love the tuono but I really do miss my sporty sometimes.
It is difficult to choose just one kind of bike, but the good thing is they are all fun.
good sound
Yeah man I love it
thank you@@WatermelonMotoHead
I feel like on the ride... ^^
That's great to hear 👊
Ευχαριστώ για τη βότλα!
Κανένα πρόβλημα, χαίρομαι που το απολαύσατε!
Soon... Soooon the weather will be allowing to finally take a ride!
It’s coming soon!
what’s your camera? i don’t know what is it but there’s something made me enjoy every single second of this video
Thanks for the great video and for not "yapping" in it, so one can enjoy the ride!
What kind of exhaust pipes are those? Are the low noise, medium noise, or high noise?
Thanks!
You're welcome and I would say medium noise.
Hola como estas ? me gusto tu videos por como tratas a la moto y dejas ver el paisaje gracias un amigo desde Argentina
Gracias amigo, me alegra que los disfrutes! 🙌👊
Really do like the Sportsters. Had a new one back in '79. It got rear ended at a stop light one night, so I took the insurance money and bobbed it. I cut the frame under the seat, shortened the horizontal member under the seat at the rear, bent it down and had it welded to the frame. Removed the oil tank and battery, had a round oil tank made to fill the space and put a small battery up front between the highway pegs. (Kick start only- XLCH) Then I found a seat for a rigid with a tall back, and the result was a low seated Sportster.
I looked at the 48 the other day at the Harley dealer, and the bike looked like a hack job to me. It looked like they lowered the bike by putting on short shocks, robbing the suspension it needed, just to lower it. That might be a designer's fix, but how is that an engineer's fix? I did much better with a hack saw so many years ago. I think I would like one though, and see if I could fix it right, and get a real suspension, one that has more than an inch of travel after you sit on it, one with both rebound and compression adjustments and proper springs for my weight.
With fuel injection now, I bet they would kick start quite easily.
Sounds like a sweet bike you built after getting rear ended. Where is it now?
Yeah, these bikes could use some better suspension. Might have to do that one of these days.
Please go out on a long highway deive for more pure engine sound dear. This is ASMR to my ears..😯😯😯❤️
Best regards from Bangladesh
🇧🇩👍
Amazing....
Hi BRO :) your video and equipment are beautiful ! what is the model of your gloves ?
Thanks man, they are Lee Parks DeerTours
Your video is awsome! Could you tell me the camera you've been using and how did you make the nice motion blur please?
Thanks man, I use a GoPro 8 and this video is shot in 24fps.
Nice sound
👊 Yup
aaaaah, thank you
You can set your mic near the exhaust for more awesome sound bro..
Yeah I have tried that several times...
Thanks for this video...!!! ¿What microphone do you use and where do you put it so that you don't hear the noise of the wind when you go fast...? Thank you...😉
You're welcome and I use the GoPro onboard mic with a foam cover to block wind noise.
A mans bike and sound.
💪👊
😍😍😍😍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Where did you get those crash bars? Just got my license last week and i think those are a wise investment 😂
Ordered them online through the Harley Davidson website. There are cheaper ones for this bike though.
Good motorbike
Looks like you might be in AZ. How does the air cooled engine hold up in the summer?
It gets pretty warm, but manageable enough 👊
@@WatermelonMotoHead do you ride a lot in the summer? I’m up in cave creek and it’s impossible not to envy the biker community out here
Nice wheels. What gopro and nd filters were you using?
GP 8 with Polar Pro
What settings did you have? It seemed to be locked at 1/50 shutter with a stable ev compensation?
I dont like that engine beheive when easy on throttle, jerky.. it's like struggling to keep in running smothely, my Yamaha XV1900 doesnt play like that which I prefer.
what mic are you using if I may ask?
thanx for the video
Yeah man and your welcome. I’m using the onboard mic, I use a foam cover to block wind noise.
These GTA graphics are getting insane! 😲
Haha that's what I hear 😂
かっこよすぎる👍
ありがとう
which headlamp do you use? Nice Video Dude!
I don't quite remember, but if you really want to know I can go through my orders and see if I can find it. I know I ordered it through Amazon and it was around 40$ I wanna say.
@@WatermelonMotoHead okay then I think it's no option for me. Here in Germany these shouldn't be legal for that price but thanks
what exhaust did you mont? Edit: just saw the video description: TBR 2 Into 1 Exhaust Generation 1
Are you rev-matching when you slow down?
Yeah I am
What equipment do you use to shoot videos?
I use a GoPro 8 with the onboard audio.
Hey! Which camera do you use to record videos?
I used 24fps on this video with an ND filter. I can look up my other settings if you want more.
Your moto don't have manual break or u don't use?
yes it does
I can see now, why no-one tours on a Sportster.
😄
huwow😲
Haha 😄
which nd filter are you using like which brand
I use Polar Pro
Real life GTA 5 💕
Does this bike has cruise control? And heater grips?
None of the above, just what you need to ride.
Is the gas tank standard?
Yes it’s how the bike comes on the 48
is it la pera seat?
Yes, it's the Stubbs Spoiler model
Yep, 43 minutes of riding and there's the gas station. Ah, I remember the days.
Lol, yeah something like that. 😆
What is the price of this model?
Like 12,000
@@WatermelonMotoHead wow that is reasonable price I might buy one in the near future white color Amen
@@WatermelonMotoHead one more question what year model is this 48?
Meter in miles?
Hmm are you asking how long was this ride in total?
@@rm6580 gates pass is in AZ, USA so most likely miles per hour
Like riding a broomstick.
