I’m a law enforcement officer and that can get you really jammed up using any form of force when someone is handcuffed. HOWEVER, there are different levels of law enforcement. I’m not familiar with FBI raid protocol at all and perhaps Al was right but as an officer and as a black woman WITHOUT children, that still looked a little overboard to me. Overall, I don’t believe anything I see with the media anymore. It was probably deliberately filmed to look sensationalized. Who knows…
I understand it. I believe it’s a fear tactic. I agree, and understand with what Al said.. they have protocol for properties depending on the size. If there are perpetrators hiding elsewhere, and they see the targets on the bodies of their cohorts. they will think twice before shooting at law-enforcement. Everything that law-enforcement does is not brawn they use fear tactics to keep control of the situation. I have heard this explained previously by law-enforcement. I understand why some people don’t agree with it that’s their right.

Maybe the ADULT children were handcuffed because of something they did or said that did not get shown on the released video?
The rest of the story will come out; it always does.
During a raid, EVERYONE is handcuffed initially for the purpose of clearing the house safely. Once everyone is identified, or house cleared, folks will be released unless they are detained for questioning. Because they use the element of surprise, they don’t know what the hell could be going on in there. A house of that scale takes HOURS to clear at best, and during this time, they need to make sure nobody is going to do anything crazy…or destroy evidence. They were not under arrest at that time. The way they did that raid was protocol for a property like that. Facts are important especially when it involves our community. Roland Martin does a very good factual breakdown of the raid without a bunch of commentary. I LOVE TGIF💜, though. I come here for my daily “me” moment👍🏾

The work laptop is FULLY locked so they can’t excess it…and they have a television as well. They love it and think it’s their room. Lol They just chill majority of the time. If I had a friend with kids who are all over the place I just let them know girl it’s grown folks time no kids allowed with a smile 😊
