Hey everyone, I know this is a roleplay but I wanted to share with you all one of my experiences. When I was younger, my mother wanted me to get my ears pierced and no matter what I wore, they got infected time and time again no matter what earrings I had. Later on in life I discovered that it in fact was the earrings because I have a allergy to nickel alloy which is added to most jewelry I believe to strengthen it. As a result, I wear very little jewelry unless it's nickel free of course so that might be something to look into and mention to your doctor if something like this happens alot.

One time I kept the same earrings in for like 2 years and never cleaned them and a few months ago I began feeling behind my ears and I had a lot of dirt and stuff and I took my earrings out and they were dirty and stuff and one of the earring holes was bigger than the other and I had to put some cream on it and I changed my stubs for sleepers and now everything is fine and I clean my earrings and yeah, make sure to keep your piercings clean and move/change them often
