If you want to know “HOW?!” like Grace… Toast does this thing where he follows the client, and to let them know he’s their lawyer, he dances around to signal it to them. Sykkuno, with improved Jester vision, saw it and knew too. Toast had a strong suspicion that Sykk was Jester, but Sykk put him in a position where he is forced to vote him or he loses the game, further incentivised since if he votes him off and he isn’t the Jester, he and Shoto will have enough voting power to win the game.
Toast was in a bad position, all he could do was try and tie the vote he should've voted for Rae so it would be a 2, 2, 1 split. With no clear majority Shoto could've gone to try and kill Rae and then Toast and Shoto turn onto Mouse which Sykunno would then lose because he would never be able to outvote the imposter and lawyer duo. It could've gone either way, Sykkuno just made it seem like there was no real way out because he was banking on the duo to vote him.

There are so many scenario that could happen in this round First: The crew mates will win if they listen to sykunno in the meeting but they choose to let that aside because they think he was just an imposter that want a free kill. Second: Toast and Sho definitely win the game if they keep on skipping but they choose to vote syk because toast tell them to vote syk and that's why sho jump and vote syk because he trust Toast. Third: Toast and Sho definitely win if toast didn't change his perspective on syk. First toast got it right that syk is the jester because of that Janet kill but after that Wendy kill toast his perspective on syk and think syk is the Jackal because he didn't see Sho kill Wendy and Syk claiming that he was there and see everything that's why toast think that Syk is the Jackal and try to push the blame to Toast and Sho. If Sho kill Syk then the Crew win but he kill Wendy and Toast didn't see it and that was the best thing happened to syk for that round
