Before getting a manual I was nervous because I would hear people say it was “too hard”.After getting my manual car, I want one in every car I get in the future. It took me about a couple of days to drive the car well. SAVE THE MANUALS!!!!!
I've had my Bullitt for about 4 months now and love it. I went with the power heated and cooled seating. I got the MagneRide suspension, and the upgraded electronics package. My only complaint is if your into tracking or racing the car you would be better off with a MGW shifter, I do not do that so the stock is ok. It has plenty of power, handles great, and looks great.
Didn't like the notchiness of the shifting? I have one as well and hate how finicky it is to shift, seems I have to really granny it when upshifting or I feel a slight grind. downshifting it will snick into gear with no effort whatsoever and has never felt strange.

@@dickwatson5691 It's more fun to drive a manual. But it'll be easier and cheaper to buy an automatic as they are much more common there. And if you are going to be mostly in start/stop traffic, just go for an auto with lower miles and full service history an you'll be alright. I'd go for the GT.

This sounds lovely. I was planning to buy a Lexus GS 460 or even LS 460, and install a custom exhaust. But honestly that’s the wrong way to go at it, Lexus IS F, GS F, Mustang Bullitt, hell even a Jeep GC SRT are all cars that sound better stock than the GS or LS ever will. Talking about what you hear inside the cabin... Thank you for these videos! You helped me a lot to decide which V8 has the least cabin insulation and sounds the best. 👍

It's so comfy in these cars, those Recaro's are great....BUT THE ERCONOMICS SUCK AND I CAN'T USE THE CLUTCH PROPERLY!.... Dang it!.....the peddles are (oddly) too high off the floor for me, sure I can drive but it's not comfortable at all.. it's like I have to work the peddles in Zero G..
Absolutely loved the movie as a kid. Its also where I developed my love of mustangs. Literal perfection, if it was made on the Mach E body, with, you know, an ev engine. V8's are so whiny and annoying. Even the highest pitch I4's are still a good 10-20Hz less than the sound a V8 makes.
Go easy on them until the gas mileage come to specs. At least you got drive one without the data recorder in the back seat. Not easy to drive in the rain. Park it when it snows. Chuck holes are not a friend. Comes in two colors dark green and black. The puddle lights come on in the dark. I drove #3 and #7 and one 2020. Almost as much fun as a Katana 1000. I think. Was not allowed to find out. Not allowed when you are road testing them. So realize this, don't hammer it. It was not tested that way.
I could have gotten $805 a month, but opted for the dealership platinum package that covers tires and wheels from road damage (and they've already replaced 1 $350 tire so far at no charge)...
It could almost be an ASMR for car enthusiast. I mean technically there is no talking....does that count?! Also, maybe a over the shoulder check (both left/right side) to see blind spots.
This engine and others of Dodge group always provokes me shivers in my back. I don't know why but they seem to me roaring criatures under the hood...they have flesh and soul....
How this legendary car, that I love, solve with the curves...like in bullit movie? U gave us like its speedin'n'brakin....byt no how's solving with curves in speed....can U do this?

That's not lugging, like at all. Even if it were a 4-banger (which we all know it isn't), chilling in high 2k/ low 3k isn't lugging by any means.

If you press the power button before starting up the car you can change the modes .. so it’ll start up in sports mode or whichever you choose
