I have had this exact same problem happen to me. The game was running fine before, but now EVERYTHING is at this speed.

Ich hab das einfach geschlossen. Bei dir hilft vllt nur ne deinstallation

Ich weiß es nicht. Google das mal. Also ich kann wie gesagt nur sagen, dass das dann bei mir weg war ;( Wenns nicht anders geht musst du es wohl machen ;(
