I really digging these videos. I'm a yellow 💛 and I'm trying to figure out how to work better with my red/blue/white husband.. he had only 1 yellow and of course we took the test for him..lol.. mostly. Thanks for all your insight, keep it coming.
Divine Pearl No, he’s very sweet and easy going, but has social anxiety and ADHD. It is very hard to motivate him to do much of anything. If I do try to increase structure and expectations, then he does what he can to avoid having to comply, as good naturedly as possible. I want him to be a happy, self reliant, and emotionally healthy adult, so I need him to learn life skills and apply himself in school, and have at least one friend. I just don’t know how to help him with those things because what makes him tick is so different from myself, and he’s still a bit of a mystery to me.
Brianna, you are a loving mom and want the best for you white boy. You need to let him find his path rather than have it imposed. Provide a safe space and invite him to stretch so he can feel what can happen with meeting new people and trying new experiences. Remember that whites enjoy their own company and alone time as well. They observe to see if they can trust you before venturing out emotionally. Follow us on instagram at #hartmanpersonality
Thank you for answering my question! The Color Code is one of the best books I've ever read. :) #askdrhartman How should I handle the disorganized, irresponsible and uncommited character of yellows? Cause it drives me crazy! (I am a blue)
Seyma follow us on instagram at #hartmanpersonality and set a realistic structure for the yellows in your life. they will never rise to your level in that arena but can be brought along with some help and structure--always stay positive. negativity drives Yellows nuts
