How about you go and help another settlement? I'll mark it on your map!
you: *blows some dude's brains out*
X6: 😍😍😍😍
i hate this "N-guy"
it honestly feels good to find brandis on the prydwin after convincing him to rejoin the brother hood, its one of the few quest that actually make you feel good for going through the hard work of trying to get good ending
I mean, there aren't really any bad endings in 4, you're practically forced to be a good.
If you side with the Brotherhood, he actually joins you in the fight against the Institute. I was surprised he made it. He wears power armor during the battle, and when you click on him, he says "Paladin Brandis reporting for duty!". As a Brotherhood fanatic, it felt good.
Especially when he's all cleaned up and in a proper uniform
I wished Paladin Brandis was a follower, as much as I liked Paladin Danse I would fight alongside Paladin Brandis.
@@vectinator7605I hope they enable this in future updates.
lmao the musket windup and X6 admiring you from that was hilarious
Sole survivor: [winds up musket and nails the head of an old man to a wall]
X6: "That shit brings a fucking synthetic tear to my eye..."
I couldn't believe it at first, but apparently Brandis's voice actor is Oppenheimer's cousin.
cool
Ironic
As in J Robert Oppenheimer?
Mr House’s VC in Fallout NV is a direct descendant of Joachim Murat and Napoleons sister.
This is cap they only share the same last name no familial connection whatsoever
“X6-88 Admires you.”
i hate this "N-guy"
"X6-88 liked that."
Honestly felt Brandis was a missed opportunity, the fact that there no more significant interactions with him afterwards and he just stays on the prydwin. I feel that after you become a sentinel after the BoS ending you should get him as a companion as you technically outrank him and him joining you can be a form of rehabilitation.
I think he's there when you kill the Railroad
@@LennyCole96 so no unique dialogue or cutscene just a brief cameo in a 5 minute mission. Yeah missed opportunity
@@georgeofazgad2176 He also shows up when you go fight the institute
@@georgeofazgad2176not every character has to have a full arc, his quest line was good that’s it end of story
In my opinion Brandis should have been a companion option, the one thing I hate about the BOS questline is that Danse is the only companion who becomes hostile with the faction that you found him in, so even after you finish the bos questline, they still shoot him on site making it difficult to do a BOS playthrough while still keeping Danse, I think Brandis would have solved this issue somewhat, making him a brotherhood follower that can still be apart of the brotherhood.
Murders Old Vetran
*X6-88 ADMIRES YOU*
I wish they would have given you the option of allowing him to come to one of your settlements
So we're all just ignoring the pumpkin? Yeah? Just making sure.
Me with the frill hat: yeah
The commonwealth represents the worst? What about the Minutemen? Preston is a perfect example of what the commonwealth could be.
*Edit*
Despite being overwhelmed by Raiders, he continues to take it upon himself to protect those who rely on him, he also never ran from quincy.
The commonwealth needs people like that, who are willing to go above and beyond for the common folk who are trying to make their way through their circumstances.
Only takes a bit of hope and they join you, should you become general and complete the quests.
What? Really annoying?
What? Forcing work on everyone else?
Hahaha, really didn't think that through.
@@maverick5335 Gameplay mechanics, not Preston's fault the Bethesda overlords programmed him to give out constant quests.
@@6Tainted1370 Tbh I actually agree lol. I really don't think presten is that bad of a character most of the time. It's just annoying how Bethesda forced things to be hunky dorry with everyone regardless of how evil you were. Among other things. He's just one of the easiest blatent examples of being ruined by game play choices.
Thanks for posting this. It makes me feel extremely good about nuking these guys while making sure there's a three-faction ending. Just for spite's sake.
Sole Survivor: Shoots man in the back
X6: "He's a hero! I'm so glad he's my Dictator..."
This quest bugged out for me and then I decided to side with the institute lol now it's just stuck in my pip boy
You shot the old survivor dude? You monster.
He does the same to you in almost every other instance
I did that in my first playthrough cause I wanted his uniform. It matched my Enclave Combat Armor very well
It was supposed to be just 3 years, but that dude is like 60+ as if he had been hiding there for over 20 years.
Should’ve of cranked for 4 hours
Hardcore Sheffield
Is the quest also bugged out for you guys? After finding the second holotape and holotags there are no more distress signals left to discover and the terminal to open the doors to the bunker need a password.
It’s probably because they are not finishing it when they are supposed to
You didn't destroy shit. There's more chapters back West etc. Maxson will be avenged, Ad Victoriam! (Just kidding lol)
Blew his head smoove off
I'm surprised he doesn't immediately open fire on you and X6 with X6 being a courser
Brandis may not know what a courser is (well kept secret, at least according to virgil), or that X6 is one.
So... nothing?
Why am i not surprised?
I destroyed the institute with the brotherhood and then I destroyed the brotherhood 😂😂😂😂
You would’ve had to kill the railroad too meaning the Minutemen were the only ones left standing. At a moment’s notice
@@gigachad9016 no I was able to skip tactical thinking.
Where's the evidence you've destroyed the Brotherhood?
They never really specify but it’s just more than likely you destroyed the Commonwealth Chapter and there’s no BOS around now.
