Camped at this site a few times from 2004-2015 had a power boat seemed to tie up on shore between the rocks, most of our camping was on Joe Indian Island sites 19,21,23 it is a great place to camp!
I've been camping this area for 56 years. I have never camped at site 26. I might have a look at this site next time. I don't canoe in anymore due to arthritis in my hands. I use a power boat now so I need a sandy shore to safely beach my boat. Love your videos. Keep up the great work. Thanks
I hope the video helped. There isn't a place to pull a boat up on shore. I tied mine off to a tree. Watch out for submerged hazards. I hope the videos help you find places you can camp. What sites do you like?
Sorry i dont remember the numbers. Back in the day we used names like McDonald's point, Roger's point, Jenacks landing, Middle Earth, and one site grampa Sawyer called the CCW camp. I was 12 years old then but still remain in awe every time i return.
I was at site 130 last week for 7 nights, we had rain like that for about 2 1/2hrs. Thursday night. Had great weather for 5 days so I guess a couple of days rain were a fair trade off.

Kudos for finding a place to tie up between the rocks. The north shore looks treacherous.
May I recommend an original song written about a rain storm ?
LOST HER IN THE RAIN REMASTERED (C)2006
From james monahan original songs.
Nice video and campsite! We’ll see you in the next one. Looking forward to it! Take care!
I'll try to get to it soon. See you soon,
