I am an actor and content creator with Hollywood credits including roles on Lucifer (Netflix), Starlight Christmas (Hallmark), JT Leroy (Universal Studios), etc. In this channel, I offer insight to Kpop performances using my 10+ years of training in dance, acting, singing and overall performance. In dance, my forte are contemporary and musicals and have done most of my performances in theatre. Although my channel is mostly known for dance analysis, I am currently inactive in the dance community.

I think Bona Bona MV is a representation of the whole kpop, from 1st gen to 4th gen, that’s why we feel different vibes in each concepts in the mv. It feels like, Trejos is reminding us what Kpop is really was before their generation, and up until today. It also feels like, them honoring the root of kpop, their seniors, and with them adding their own colors as Treasure in it. It’s really amazing that we all have same interpretation in this cb, and it makes me feel so proud as they were able to delivered and showed it to us successfully😊

I just realized, after being confused about their wardrobe creative decisions in this MV for days, that they're actually showcasing the different moods of the songs in this album. From the pop and sexy sounds of I Want Your Love and Move, thus the suits. To the MCR vibe of Run and Bigbang vibe of Stupid, thus the royal outfits. To the epicness of The Way To and "going to war" anthem of G.O.AT, thus the military outfits. And finally, the summery, Treasure vibe of Wonderland, B.O.M.B, and Lovesick, thus the casual outfits. It's pretty cool!
The way Jeff praising Asahi😭❤️ Yes!!!!! He is moreeee than visual and funny person, he is more reserve in interview etc but when it's comes to performing and producing he is whole different person. Im glad that ppl starts praising and noticing he vocal and charisma🥺❤️ He is more than visual himself. Jeff describe Asahi precisely. He is a rock star!

asahi is definitely a superstar!! he is often slept on as a performer because he is such an amazing songwriter and musician. plus he’s sooo funny and quirky
I hit the like button so fast once I heard "You're magic in my mind" the first time. My intro to k-pop was Bigbang back in 2011 so this feels nostalgic even though it is brand new.
Amen about Asahi’s stage presence/charisma. He shines. 🔥👏

Treasure truly are such amazing performers. This song would sound so good live! It’s sad that I still haven’t gotten the chance to see them perform live, coz they don’t tour in the US. I really hope that YG will let them tour here soon :( the people here deserve to see these talented boys!

As Hello in Manila day 2 attendee, Asahi was very good live. You can see his passion on stage. He instantly came up on my bias list.

I experienced it in Hello Tour in Manila (i was there too Jeff!) its very unexpected that most interactions during concert was with him (and Junghwan) because he was very interacting with us! We are at the barricade of the right side of the extended stage. I miss that experience!
Treasure totally REBOOTED! An epic reboot! The Pre chorus part of Park brothers with Asahi is chef's kiss (my favourite part too). Can't wait for you to react to the bsides of the album 🔥
You're right about Asahi, he improved a lot. Watching him live in HELLO TOUR CONCERT is so worth it, he really unleashed his rockstar self in THANK YOU unit together with Haruto and I believe there's more for him to show. That's why he's my bias 🙌
the MMV takes you back on their past MVs and the song is like going back to the roots, to the 1st-2nd gen of kpop, the beginning.. and the album named REBOOT
They all grown up now, how I wish to go again on their live concert, I think this will be more fun and livelier.

i like when you mention nsync like choregraphy in it. When people said that this album is kinda nostalgia of the past like 2nd gen and older YG group, i agree. I also feel that some of the song kind of reminisce of 90/early 2000 western BG like nsync and BSB such as i want your love and B.O.M.B. i really love this comeback. People need to appreciate Treasure more. Dont sleep on them❤❤

And actually words on the street is that the different sets signify the reboot of their past mvs like the yacht/cruise being a reboot of their mv 'I Love You', and bits of their choreography from old songs were incorporated here too, basically taking the word "reboot" literal to a tee😭

I’m unfortunately not a stan of Treasure, but I do still appreciate them when listening to their music. The first song that got me hooked was MMM when I listened around early 2021 I believe, it’s rly been a long time😭😭 I tho Rly love Bona Bona & wish I hadn’t held off watching the MV or listening to the song!! Definitely don’t wanna assume what the future holds for me, but I do hope I can find the time to fully stan the group & I do hope they get more recognition🥰🥰

Many of the sets from this MV are inspired from their previous music videos. It's like paying homage. This truly is TREASURE in their REBOOT era but at the same time, not forgetting where they came from and how they got here 😊
