"Sirf upar upar ke log kamate hai". This is part of the objection handling series in Network Marketing.
There are 2 ways to handle this objection.
One through Facts and the other by Figures.
Let’s talk about Facts first:
Let’s say there is one grocery store which is 10 years old and it has 100 customers who purchase grocery from it monthly.
After some distance, one new grocery store opened who did very good marketing and by the help of marketing, it has 200 customers in just 2 years.
So what do you think the one came earlier earns more? Or “Upar upar ke log hi kamate hai.”
The shop which was opened 2 years ago earns more because it’s sale is more.
Like in traditional business it doesn’t matter who comes first will earn more money, the same happens in network marketing it doesn’t matter who comes first will earn more money.
The person who has a big team will definitely earn more money, it doesn’t matter whether he came 2 years before or 10 years before.
As in a traditional business, you’ll earn money only when products or services are sold. Same in network marketing business you will earn money only when products or service is sold by you or by your team. In fact, you can even make more money than the person who introduced you into the business.
I’ve seen people achieving the Top position in the company in just 2 years of their joining beating people who have been working for more than a decade. It totally depends on you, how you work.
This is just an illusion that people only at the top make money.
Now Figures:
Network marketing is around Rs. 13 lakh crore industry worldwide and almost half of it means around 6.5 lakh crore is distributed among people who do the sales.
500+ people in the world are making over Rs. 7 crores a year which is not even 1% of total commissions. And around 29% is distributed among Top achievers. Rest 70% of the money is paid to the people who are at the entry-level, which means around 4.5 lakh crores are distributed among new people because these people are responsible for most sales in the network marketing business.
So next time when anyone says, “sirf upar upar ke log hi kamate hein”. Give them grocery shop example and tell them that 70% of the money is distributed in network marketing among people who are at the entry-level.

Traditional market m agar koi nayi dukaan khulti hai aur vo existing dukaan se jyada customer bna leti h toh possible h ki bahut customer pehle dukaan se nayi dukaan m shift kr gye ho par network marketing m toh ye possible nhi h. Can you tell me that you have mentioned in sr no 3 that 70% is distributed among entry level....
Ok than what is distributed for top leaders.. assume 15 % again what profit will company take ....assume 5 to 10%.... now can you tell me what is product cost.........
Ohh it is only 5%
Means you are selling the 5 Rs product at Rs 100 ...
Are bhai vedio banana se pahle kuch mathematic bhi kar lo.....

Watch it again. I mentioned 50% is distributed. Product cost, profit, transport etc is in rest 50%.
Do you know less than one rupee raw potatoes are processed and then sold @ RS 10?
In this, product cost is less than 1% ?
