For what this house cost I expected the main stair case to be made out of finer material. Thats the stair case you find in houses that cost a fraction of what this house cost.
If Tagh Walker is going to represent houses that elude an air of sophistication, he should learn what he is representing, not just buy a nice suit. A large area for Guest Parking at the front of a residence is NOT a "Motorcade". A Motorcade is a moving procession of motor vehicles. That guest parking area is a " Motor Court ". Secondly, those are not "Pillars" on the front entrance, they are "Columns". Pillars are noticeably thicker at the bottom and thinner at their top and are used for decorative value; whereas, columns are more uniform - slimmer and taller and used to carry and/or transfer weight loads. Also, those columns are NOT Corinthian columns on the Front Veranda (not porch - a veranda is a ground-level covered structure extending across the front of a house.), they are "Fluted" columns with Corinthian capitals - specifically " ROMAN Corinthian Capitals ". This house is just another Contractor's "thrown together" over priced "spec" plan. The rooms are too small, the halls are too narrow, with construction grade materials throughout, especially second grade floors and finishes.
