I am already a fan of the guys you mentioned, I have been on team Jesse for years. Like I said something is happening in Europe! I am thinking of moving! The Dutch guys are all from Wim and they are great!

The new play everything legato jazz playing is a lot more subdued than the be/hard/post-bop influenced way of digging into every note. On top of all that, it's a matter of direction and how Lage Lund conceptualizes music that you may not like. He isn't my cup of tea, but I understand what he is going for.

rodite You should check out Jesse Van Ruller and/or Reinier Baas .They're two dutch giants .
