I know of a few podiatrists that need your videos. I’m a patient with plantar fasciitis and have the same problem. And when I mention I have fibromyalgia, they dismiss it. But I KNOW they’re connected. They seemed confused that I have (all over foot pain) exactly as your describing!

Yes, can be frustrating Mats! Once you say fibro it gets often thrown into that bucket. Still doesn't mean you shouldn't treat it as PF. Good luck!

10 years for me, which was complicated by chronic stress-induced gout, so we were never sure what was going on... Gout is gone through diet, but, damn, I'm in the middle of an episode of inflammation right now and can't walk for 2 days now... All because I wore some sandals for a walk instead of my insoles...

I do, however, have a huge arch and used to walk barefoot all the time. Now I’m having severe pain in my ankle, the outside, I guess the tendon. Hi, I was suffering from the plantar fasciitis for about 4 years which happened because of the intense badminton I used to play. I consulted a physiotherapist and went through various treatments he used to give like russian, tense, waxing, IR treatments etc and many exercises. This helped me a lot and the main points of pain due to PF are gone. However, I am still suffering from the outside foot pain probably due to 5th metatarsal injuries. There are two points in the 5th metatarsals which are the centre of the pain, and the pain is not going. This is a really serious problem. I wear archfit slippers and shoes as per the recommendations of the doctor. It is very difficult for me to stand for long time even after wearing the archfit footwears. My X-ray and MRI reports are completely normal. One place of pain is just before the cuboid in the bottom, and second point of pain is after the 5th metatarsal bone. Could you suggest something?

You have just answered why my right outer foot aches and saved me a trip to the Ortho!😫It's time to toss out these worn out Reeboks that have seen much better days ans but a new pair! I just wonder why it only happens on one foot and not both🤔The only answer I can come up with is that my weight is being unevenly distributed to my right foot and it's bearing the full load of my body without my realizing it. The answer lies in the wearing out of the outer sneaker sole I assume. My question then becomes is, is there anybody who walks fully even weight distributed or do we all unevenly bear our weight?👀🤷🏾‍♀️🤔

I have a history of plantar fasciitis, but about 6 months ago i started getting this outer foot pain and it hurts constantly. Do you recommend an orthotic, like Powerstep Pinnacle Maxx? Or would that put more stress on the outer foot where the pain is? I've seen both a podiatrist and an ortho/sports med doctor and neither were any help to me. Thanks so much.

What is the solution for this pain sir

Resolving the plantar fasciitis will avoid walking on the outside of the ankle. Improving calf flexibility and having good orthotics and shoes can be very helpful with this.

I mean zero disrespect but how can you take someone seriously when they don’t even know the research of masks? Even look on the box of masks and read what it says, what it doesn’t protect you from.

The masks don't prevent you from getting a virus, it helps stop the spread. So if everyone wears one, it's less of a chance of getting sick.
