Before he mentioned taco bell I was thinking "I bet this has something to do with why people associate the taste of cheddar with Mexican food". I was talking with a friend awhile back about how I hate Taco Casa in particular because they load mounds of cheddar onto everything and I'm lactose intolerant. Anyways my friend loves Taco Casa because of the amount of cheddar on everything. My mom made me make some Mexican spaghetti stuff awhile back and I thought it was good but tasted like Taco Bell. Both of these situations made me think "in what world is this Mexican". That's when I realized it's not for me it's for white people. How do you think developing animals, including humans, survive solely on milk for the first part of their life? Once we reach a certain size, the amount necessary would be enormous, so we start eating other foods, but even as an adult, milk is a nutritious supplement.

The only thing wrong in this video is at the end where he says that lactose intolerance is an allergy. Milk allergies are very different from just being lactose intolerance. Allergies are basically the immune system misidentifying something benign as something hostile, and attacking it way too hard, sometimes life threateningly so. Lactose intolerance is just not having the enzymes needed to properly digest lactose. It's kinda like trying to pour grain alcohol into a normal car and driving it. It might work, sort of, but it's going to be hell on your engine.

Also, if anyone's are wondering what cheese products i consume, I eat gooda (dutch and german cheese), mozzarella(Italian cheese) and feta cheese(local cheese and yes I am greek), all of them are great with toast!
